Grandmaster Chen Qingzhou will be in the San Francisco Bay Area from the beginning of March thru March 23, 2004.
No host dinner. $20/person. Time: 9:00am to noon and 2:00pm to 5:00pm each day. * Chen Taiji Workshop I: March 13 - 14, 2004 (Sat and Sun) 3/13 - Chen taiji standing (zhan zhuang), dantian rotations, basic solo movements with applications, and pole shaking exercises. 3/14 - Chen taiji push hands training, taiji sphere practice, and pole shaking exercises. * Chen Taiji Workshop II: 3/20 - Chen Taiji Jian (straight sword) and more push hands training. 3/21 - Chen Taiji Jian (straight sword) and more push hands training.
