Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang's Taijiquan system 48 Form reference tape is now available. The Chen 48 Form is demonstrated in 3 Speeds by Tony Wong --- demonstration speed, medium speed, and slow speed (slight variations in each speed to reveal various potential/possibilities in the form) --- and in two different views. Detailed instructions on Wuji Qigong (Master Cai Song Fang's teaching) are also included in this tape --- alignment of accupressure points to achieve optimum body structure for maximum internal energy flow.
This tape is produced as a reference tape for Tony's students and as a vehicle to spread the Chen 48 form in the United States.

Master Chen Qingzhou: Chen Family Taijiquan Gong Fu Frame
(Lao Jia) Video Tape Series, Volume I: Chen Family Taijiquan demonstrated by Grandmaster Chen Qingzhou is available.
Master Chen Qingzhou is an indoor disciple of Master Chen Zhaopei, 18th generation successor and disciple of Master Chen Fake. Master Chen Qingzhou is the 19th generation successor and direct descendant of Traditional Chen Family Taijiquan Gong Fu Frame ("Lao Jia"). In this videotape he will be demonstrating the Traditional Chen Family Taijiquan Gong Fu Frame forms, YiLu and ErLu (the unchanged original forms from Master Chen Zhaopei) and push hands. He will also be teaching the YiLu form.
