Take Highway 280 and get off at the El Monte Exit. The Foothill College Campus is located towards the hills.

Food:
Vending machines for snacks and drinks. School cafeteria is closed so you will have to pack your lunch or go off campus to find a restaurant for lunch. No restaurants close by the campus.

Medical Qigong/Morning Crane Healing Arts Center Taoist Organ Detoxification Exercises Christopher J. Shelton, MQT (Medical Qigong Therapist)

Simple Acupuncture For self help, stress relief, immune system support for better health. Daniel Gere has 30+ years of internal art experience. He is a certified Acupuncturist and currently practices Acupuncture in the Bay Area. He is also the President and a co-founder of the National Neigong Research Society (NNRS)

Tui Na/Wu (Hao) Taijiquan Association Traditional Chinese massage technique to release body tension. Pik-May Fok is currently practicing Tui Na in the Bay Area.

Silk-reeling Exercises/ Chen style Taijiquan Silk-Reeling Exercises:     a series of connected spiral movements that are used to facilitate the development of basic strengths and coordination in the practice of Taijiquan. This routine of exercises is one of the more recent developments in the Chen Taijiquan system. It is intended to help students achieve a specific goal through systematic practice whether it is for health and/or martial benefits. Tony Wong is certified by the International Taijiquan Conference of Wenxian, China as a Chen Taijiquan Instructor. Tony is also a co-founder and technical advisor of the National Neigong Research Society (NNRS) and has been teaching Chen Taiji and Qigong classes throughout the Bay Area.
