Silk-reeling Exercises/ Chen style Taijiquan | Silk-Reeling Exercises: a series of connected spiral movements that are used to facilitate the development of basic strengths and coordination in the practice of Taijiquan. This routine of exercises is one of the more recent developments in the Chen Taijiquan system. It is intended to help students achieve a specific goal through systematic practice whether it is for health and/or martial benefits. | Tony Wong is certified by the International Taijiquan Conference of Wenxian, China as a Chen Taijiquan Instructor.
